The speed of electronic devices enables you to better organise your available cargo space to maximise your profits. You can also "move" your vehicles to offer your services to new customers across Europe. Create alerts to be instantly informed of new transport requests that fit your customised filters, and improve your income easily and efficiently. We take care of putting into contact companies which want to make deliveries with carriers who have space in their vehicles.

At Carriby we know that quality shipping requires professional care. We organise everything so that you only have to take care of the transport; we take care of the rest. Once you have confirmed delivery, we prepare the invoice and you will receive payment within the agreed time period.
2WHO CAN REGISTER WITH CARRIBY?
If you are an accredited transport professional with a vehicle to drive anywhere in Europe, or even in specific areas, Carriby is the platform for you.

During the registration process you will be asked for the details of the company, your vehicle (or all those you would like to include in your fleet management), and basic documentation. Once validated, you will be able to access any cargo that may be of interest to you.

Welcome to Carriby! The platform is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so in our panel of transport you will find offers available for your vehicle, from anywhere and at any time of the day. If an offer interests you, you'll be able to contact the customer who has posted it to arrange the details of the transport.

If you prefer to receive more customised information, you can create alerts filtered by geographical location and volume of goods that will instantly inotify you of new requests.
5HOW DO I CONTACT THE CLIENT?
Carriby has an integrated chat to make communication really easy. You can ask your question in English, Spanish, Polish or Romanian and the same chat will make sure that you receive it in your language. The same thing, but in reverse, will happen when the person wishes to chat with you.
6WHICH COUNTRIES DOES CARRIBY SHIP TO?
Carriby connects customers and carriers for industrial shipping throughout the EU. You can see the transport requests published on our platform to know if there are countries of origin or destination that interest you.
7WHO SETS THE PRICE?
Using market prices as a reference, Carriby offers a recommended rate to the customer, which they can modify within certain limits in the request for transport.

Any carrier who is interested in carrying out the service will have the option of responding to the request with the possibility of modifying the price to adjust it to their needs and detailing the conditions of the transport, setting time slots for collection and delivery.
8ONE OF THE TRANSPORT REQUESTS INTERESTS ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Carefully check what the customer is asking for (origin and destination of the shipment, dimensions or requirements of the vehicle, preferred loading and unloading times,...), making sure you have the right vehicle with an available driver and sufficient loading space. Also, ensure you can meet the required loading and delivery time slots.

Once everything has been checked, go into the request, fill out the response and set the price to offer your conditions to the client through the platform. Once the request has been answered, you can edit it as long as the request is still open. The client will be able to accept your proposal if it suits them and then the trip will be booked.
9WHAT MAKES CARRIBY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PLATFORMS?

11WHO IS IN CHARGE OF PREPARING AND LOADING THE GOODS?
The customer is responsible for providing the means to properly loading and unload goods, thereby ensuring that the carrier hired through Carriby doesn't have to do this work unless the customer includes it in the request.

The goods must correspond to the dimensions and weight specified in the customer´s initial request, and must also be adequately prepared for transportation.

12CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ?
Yes, but you must take into account Carriby's Cancellation Policy as well as the circumstances in which the cancellation occurs. You must understand that, as for any transport, a cancellation at a given time could generate extra costs and penalties for the customer and therefore financial loss for you.
13WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THE SERVICE?
If a customer cancels a service that has already been confirmed, different penalties will be applied depending on the situation. See the *Cancellation Policy* for more further information.
14HOW DO I GET PAID FOR MY WORK?
Your payment is guaranteed every time you carry out a transport service with us, if goods have been delivered in a satisfactory way for the customer and as agreed in the transport request.

As soon as the customer confirms the reception of the goods to Carriby, you can automatically invoice the transport service and it will be registered for payment. If the service was conducted correctly, after 60 days we will proceed to payment of the service at the price stipulated in your request. Good work is as important as getting paid !

7WHO SETS THE PRICE?
With reference prices based on the market, Carriby offers you a recommended rate, which you can modify within certain limits in the transport request when you provide details of the transport.

A carrier that is interested in performing the service will be able to make an offer and modify the price according to their needs. The carrier will also provide transport conditions and time slots for loading and delivery.

8A CARRIER HAS MADE AN OFFER THAT INTERESTS ME, WHAT DO I DO ?
Check the carrier´s offer carefully (vehicle dimensions or special requirements, loading and delivery time slots, transit time, ....) to ensure that it fits your needs. As long as you haven´t accepted the offer, the carrier can modify it. Once you have confirmed, the service is considered contracted.
9WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CARRIBY AND OTHER PLATFORMS?

10WHAT ADVANTAGES DO I GET USING CARRIBY?
Configure the details of your request using your device in a user-friendly manner. The platform will provide a reference price for each transport request published that you will be able to modify accordingly. You will then receive service offers from carriers. The service rating system will provide you with valuable criteria to help identify the best carrier.
11 WHO IS IN CHARGE OF PREPARING AND LOADING THE GOODS?
Both in the place of loading and unloading, please make sure that there are means or tools for the proper loading and receipt of the goods, preventing the carrier hired through Carriby from having to do this work unless it includes handling in the order request.

The prepared goods must correspond to the dimensions and weights specified in the initial request, and be able to be transported.

Both at loading and delivery points, please ensure that the necessary means are available for correct loading and unloading operations, thereby avoiding that the carrier has to undertake the work (unless handling is specifically included in your request.
